Information for Sellers

Your relationship with us is as follows:

You are able to join our site, and take up one our advertising packages, to sell your horse or pony.  Membership constitutes your completion of the sign up form, and making a successful payment. Once your payment is successful your account will be activated and will run for the amount of time specified by the package.  You will be granted the opportunity to renew your account before it expires. You may also renew after it has expired. Please note that advertising packages are none refundable and each user is responsible for their own package.  By uploading information, video, or image, you are taking responsibility for accuracy of information, suitability, and ownership of any required copyright.   We reserve the right to end any membership, or remove any information without notice where deemed appropriate.

Disclaimer

This website does not buy or sell horses or ponies. It provides a space for buyers and sellers to communicate with each other.  As such this website is not, and cannot be held responsible for the actions of any buyer or seller. This website is transparent and operates a policy of displaying the contact details of all sellers for the length of the membership package.  Communication with sellers is direct and any transaction or dealing that either the buyer of seller makes is done independent of this website.
We cannot and do not vouch for the accuracy of any content added by one of our sellers. We urge you to use common sense and make any necessary checks for yourself before making any kind of agreement with anyone on this site.  It is possible for sellers to enter incorrect information due to human error and we will help them rectify this wherever possible. The website also provides sellers with an admin area to edit their information.  But we cannot testify to the accuracy of any user inputted information due to the nature of the site.
We cannot take responsibility of any material posted by our users.  If you have a complaint regarding accuracy, offensive content, or any other issue please contact us and we will assist as best we can.  We will remove any content that is shown to be offensive or infringes on copyright. Anyone uploading to our website acknowledges that in order to sell, their contact information is publicly displayed.  Although it is necessary to monitor some viewing activity to improve customer service, we do not pass on your information to any other party.
